If I have a threshold for humidity that it needs to be greater than 30% for Dynamic Condition phase does it alert (or show on the data) if I dont need the threshold?

Three pyrobuttons were placed on a load to measure the temperature and % RH. One of the buttons read considerably lower than the other two buttons rendering the data out of spec. The %RH readings were 84.5, 70.5, and 91.3. Can you please provide an explanation as to why this button read so much lower that the other two?

Calibrator PBC-TH28 model:
I would like to know if you perform the calibrator calibration, its recommended frequency and the price. On the other hand I would like to know if you could perform any adjustment in the calibrator in case it was necessary.
Could you send me the instructions of the calibrator to assure that we could manage it without problem or could you send an email adresss or movil phone to ask our doubts??
